Meet the Team

Ceo & Neuroscientist
Lorne Epstein, SHRM-SCP, MSOD, is a neuroscientist, researcher, author, and keynote speaker who is fascinated by one big question: why do smart people and strong leadership teams sometimes make poor decisions when the stakes are high?

He is the creator of NeuroDecide™, a neuroscience-informed decision-making assessment and executive workshop that helps leadership teams better understand how they respond to risk, uncertainty, ambiguity, and changing information. His work is designed to uncover the patterns and blind spots that can shape judgment, alignment, and execution.

Lorne’s neuroscience research at George Mason University examines how brain chemistry influences decision-making and behavior. He brings together neuroscience, behavioral science, and organizational development to make complex research practical and useful for leaders.

When he is not studying how people make decisions, Lorne loves to run and enjoys living in Arlington, Virginia with his rock star wife, Alicia.
